I’m assuming you asked this question as when you’ve already resigned. If you did resign, you would’ve probably have received an official email having your LWD mentioned in it. That’s one way. Other way is, you can go to Apps-> Employee separation/resign-> Off boarding details. You can find the LWD there.

Check with your manager or HR if you haven’t received any mail yet
