I created an incident and it's been 6 days , no response yet for the incident. Did all the people from HR team dead? Or they're not responding so others will think that they're dead ?

Try again... while raising GSD, You will get option to connect with agent and try to connect with agent and get the details.

You can check in be cognizant portal once.i can remember there was an option for know your HR or POC something like that
