How to know LinkedIn job posts by recruiters are fake or real?

How to identify if the post related to job is real? Why do they post fake job post? What they get out of it?

It is fake when it requires you to send money/identification details in advance, or the company's linkedin looks made up, have bad ratings on Glassdoor, only read bad reviews, good 5 star reviews are often forced.

(At my last company I was required to give 5 star review of my company on Glassdoor because reviews of ex-employees telling the truth brought the company's rating down I think)
