Trending @Infosys; How to know if you are on PIP?
Hi have recently joined the organisation, I gave 2-3 interviews internally and I got allocation for 2 months after which they are again taking interviews. I’m not sure whether I will be out on PIP or not…I’m really scared I don’t know what to do about it….
After interview who reached out to you? And what is the duration after the interview you waited for (like how many days) it took to reach out to you?
No bro , actually I had given a couple of interviews for an account after which they allocated me for 2 months and gave me some certification and courses to do after which, the same account started taking my interview, even I’m not sure what’s happening bro😭
Dont worry, they will allocate you. you are not on pip. if you were to put on pip, your manager will talk to you first.
