Trending @Cognizant; How to know if you are nominated for A to SA promotion ?
I have 7+ years of experience and have completed 2 years in CTS in recent September. I asked my manager about the promotion but he told me about client giving feedback about me not being available. This time again I asked him about the same but he asked me to improve my visibility and increase my dedicated and consistency. Is there anyway to find out if I am being nominated for the promotion in 2025 q1 ?
If your manager is giving such reasons, it’s likely they’ve not nominated you. I’m in a similar situation. No matter how good the client feedback is, or how much you do for your core team in Cognizant, promotions remain elusive. Managers talk about quotas, other people who’re in line and what not. I hope 2025 is a better year for us!
