Trending @Wipro; How to know If I’m eligible for MSI ?

I’ve joined Wipro in the year 2022 Sep month as a fresher with the band B1. I’ve got into a project and I’m billable since Jan 2023.

I’ve received 3 rating every time till now. My question is, will I be eligible to get the MSI this time ? If yes, how much may I expect in % ?

How to exactly know whether an employee is Eligible for MSI or not ?
