How to justify moving from e-comm to management consulting?
I’m not able to justify why I’m switching from category management in e-commerce to consulting after 5.5 years of work ex! Any good answers out there?

You can say like the particular field was feeling less and less challenging as you gained more experience, and you found interest in this new field.... Probably give an example of how you found interest in this new field, and indirectly hint that you had time to explore for it since your field wasn't challenging enough and mention that you now want to pursue a career in it.
