How to join the company with NP 90 days?
Hello,
I'm giving interview but mostly all the companies are looking for immediate joiner or NP 30-45 DAYS how it's possible to find a company who can accept 90 days of NP? I'm finding it very difficult and I have got offers when I said 30 days but I'm not sure how to convince them to wait for 90 days :(

Take the offer, and then ask negotiate with your company to release you early
Meanwhile update your next company will be able to join by 60 days possibly since HR is now saying to serve full notice period if they didn’t get the replacement by then.
Just keep applying if it is a high probability that the new company is gonna look for someone else or won't wait. And this time tell them 45-50 days.
Is notice period buyout is something your current organisation is ready to consider?!
Any other feasible solution?
They won't release me early, the management will definitely try to make me serve 90 days
