How to join Gym in tcs?

Joining a gym in TCS is straightforward. Contact your HR department, they'll guide you. However, I believe TCS should invest more in employee wellness programs. A healthy workforce is more productive. It's high time TCS takes this seriously and provides better gym facilities across all its locations.

i dont know about other location but AHMEDABAD location has straightforward. like we are collecting the gym form from security desk, fill it, take signature of tcs medical officer and submit it to the gym. so ask the gym operator in your location it should be without involvement of any other department
