How to join client if TCS has MSA having clause that employee cannot join client for 1 year. Client told me NOC is required from TCS.

You can reach out to HRBP and get confirmation. But yeah they will do drama and shit.

But what you can do is go contractual through a 3rd party provider. Like you can reach out to these 3rd party folks who will payroll you.

You have to pay a % as commission but after 1 year you can join the client directly.

Yes i am aware about the 3rd party contracting kind and later after 1 year, the company can properly absorb me. I am confused if this "via contractor" approach won't be like skirting MSA.

See, I worked for this particular BFSI client, had two team mate for two different MNC , they worked for this same client n joined TCS and again same client..

If they can do, why not a person.. I felt that was unethical and its stealing resources and competiting as vendor..
And when we work, our team consists of this associate from all these vendors🤣
