I think hikes will be given, it wont be excellent neither very bad, somewhere in between from Decent to ok..

Everyone is running thin on their patience and Organisation knows that and in the recent results if you see, they did 700+ MD promotions which is an indication that they are flexing it and are getting ready to pay. I have access to folks and people who are closely working on these topics, heard optimistic sound bites. Fingers crossed and truly wish that all people specially those who didn’t get anything gets blessed.

Probably this time also they will not give a hike Only promotion is there in the December cycle. Try to switch bro.

Depends all on Q4, if that goes a slight here and there, again management will send us the same notification saying "company is not performing well" 😕 it's just like they targeted 500 rupees but got 499 that means company is in loss,no hike and all BS.
