How to initiative self transfer after 2+yrs in tcs depute location to home location even if adc is not there?
Want hometown transfer actually!!Let me know the procedures
Tell manager and rmg to do,but risky
Intiate and get approval
On grounds of parents or health basis
Very Difficult after 2 yrs
Other grounds are there

Don't waste your time, they will simply reject it citing no project ODC in your preferred location. They will consider it only if the location has a dedicated odc
