How to increase T factor

Guys my performance pay is not increasing and the manager said it’s because of T factor and I’ve completed all the training available on Fresco, yet it is not improving or changing. Can someone please help how can improve the T Factor score.

Not sure if performance pay is linked with t-factor. But to increase t-factor you have to do courses in fresco play across vertical and horizontal. Which will help in increasing the t-factor
