Trending @Wipro; How to increase salary or negotiate

I have completed 5 years in Wipro DOP, recently i got promoted to Senior Executive B1. I am managing a team of 6, i am facing the client related to this team. I am currently being paid just below 3 LPA. I am planning to resign without any other offer in hand. Would they give me a hike? What should i do to get one?

It's always good to discuss with HR about your hike expectations, they should be aware about your requirements..

This is not right time to jump... Now the situation is very critical.. of you put paper on bench they can release you within a week... They are not even trying to retain you... Think before you decide something.
