How to increase salary in TCS after 10years of experience?

I'm still ITA C2 level and having 8lpa package currently and barely getting 55k/month. When I joined TCS in 2019 I got 6lpa on 4years of experience(as an ui-ux designer). Now I've been doing angular development from past 3-4 years.Total 10years of experience. Suggest me some ways to reach 15-18+lpa by staying in TCS. Don't suggest to switch. All comments will be seen n responded accordingly.

If you want to be in TCS only then there is 2 ways to increase salary. Wings2 and Promotion. Currently promotion are in hold so wings2 is the only option
Select a good Role Job Area in wings2 which is market relevant. I feel if you clear PP1 then you might get 3-4lacs of increase. PP2 and PP3 other 1 -1.5lacs. These increase is tied with Band.
If you get C band then it will be paused and if you get another C band then it's gone. If you get D band then also it's gone.
Only way to merge this bonus with fixed salary is either you get promotion or your get same role in PP4

Wings 2 is the way to go. You'll definitely get good increase. Try to complete milestone 1 before your promotion so that the package is merged in your salary.

Though given already low base, I think you might get a raise of upto 4l.

Still people are believe tcs? This is why standing tcs with strongly so that no one can’t do anything about tcs. See they are doing worst in India. Nothing to say good about tcs. Except Ratan Tata sir.
