How to increase package in TCS after 2 years as an MBA SAP MM functional consultant.

I have done my MBA and joined TCS as fresher. Joined the SAP MM functional consultant on TCS project. I would like to know the course like Wings 1/2 suitable for me. Coz i heard after doing wings for Ninja guys they get good amount of hike. So what course for MBA people for SAP MM guys. Recommend me please if any.
