How to increase my T-FACTOR from 2.46 to 2.50?

I am completing TECHNOLOGY related competency in E0 level in jQuery , JavaScript...but still i don't see visible changes in T FACTOR..I need this to clear my WINGS..pls help

Take some simple E2 competency or 5+ E1 competency or 1 external tech certification

Complete some Fresco play training randomly it will increase t factor.search for training in Google which increase t factor in tcs
