How to increase my annual CTC in the C3A role.

I am getting less salary compared to others, i am getting 9.5L in C3A.

So that i am planning to attend an outside interview, if i select can i discuss with my manager regarding CTC or i need to put paper before discussing with my manager.

If you get an offer resign and speak about the offer. Because they won't match if it is beyond their budget or if you are not needed for the team. It is a tedious process for which managers may not be ready to take steps. Even if they take they will take it to the last moment. So u will only be anxious for 3 months. If you get a better salary in a good company pls move on. There is a huge world outside TCS
