How to improve parent's life?

My parents live in my hometown [ which is a metro city ] and I am staying in a different city for work. What are some of the things I can do to improve my parent's quality of life?

Since the area doesn't have good cooks, so there's no cook at home, my mother does all the cooking. This is something I am not sure how to improve.

Cab services are there, so transport isn't an issue.

Please suggest ways by which I can improve their quality of life especially around health.

Few things which can be done here.

  1. House helps are still available ask them to be the cook too
  2. Get a gym trainer who can visit home. Exercise is something very crucial now and will help in the long run. Home exercises help a lot.
  3. Washing machine/ dish washer/ vacuum robot can help
  4. Give them calls as frequently as possible. Visit them when possible.
  5. Arrange for family tours/ group tour if you are not available.
