How to improve my career within TCS?
I have been working with TCS for 2.5 years, supporting legacy applications developed in 2003. My responsibilities include providing on-call support and resolving user issues. TCS has been my dream company since my college days, and I joined here as a fresher. Currently, I am unsure how to advance my career. As a critical resource for these applications, there's no opportunity to be released from this project. Could you please provide some suggestions for career improvement?
