How to improve CTC for C3A.

Hi,

Note: Pls don't suggest switching, i will do that after my personal concerns are resolved.

My role is Assistance Consultant (C3A) & my package is 9.8L.

Total 9.4 YOE.

Recently i got promoted from C2 to C3A.

Is there any chance to improve my CTC, like completing Wings2 or Core certification, whatever, anyone have any idea.
