Trending @Wipro; How to improve coding and real-time experience?

Hi with 2 years of experience I have joined in wipro. Now I have 5+ years of experience. But I feel like I am not much doing anything. Only experience is increasing not the skills, Can someone suggest me upgrading trending skills and how to improve coding logic skills? Iam into the python Django project ?
