How many connections you have in total? Out of that how many in product/founder/HR? How many people you have followed from above domains?

You will rarely get shortlist from easy apply.
Try to build connections in the domain. Senior leaders, founders are the one who announce an open role mostly via posts.
Once you cross 1.5-2k connections in the domain itself, you will start seeing most of the jobs. It's an investment you need to make.
