How to have a difficult conversation with my manager?
I have been given an offer from my current company to convert full time and the manager has been cool with me and supported me, but I don't want to relocate and leave my parents alone.
I have received an offer from a consulting company in mumbai and I don't know how to tell my current manager that I won't be joining them in Hyderabad. He's in the assumption that I am in process of moving.

Politely, explain your situation and be firm on your reasons. Managers understand these things and if your manager gets angry on it you wouldn't wanna work under him in the first place. Don't burn any bridges so that in future if you want to work under him then you can
