If you are very brave and ready to take the risk talk to HR and Delivery Manager to release you from this project but if after complaining you still remain in the same project believe me he will keep that in mind that you complained about him and will not leave any chance to tourchuew you.... Best start looking for other jobs don't complain don't say anything don't get into fight just meditate be calm get other offer and leave
First connect with him and explain your discomfort. Convey him that you are not in a situation to take the pain and want a change. If he still behaves like that or does not agree to release you then reach out to hr and explain the situation . (Request for immediate release from the current project) Secondly and finally , if you are financially ok to survive for a few months without a job then resign from here immediately .
He knows all the discomfort that we are facing . He also wants to know everything even personal life apart from working hours.
