How to handle this 90 days notice period. Its like hell

So I have been working in tcs for the past 4 years ( will complete 4 years in next days). I am really looking to switch cause I have reached a point of saturation. But how to handle this strict 90 days NP. I get zero calls and when i do they just simply reject after asking my notice period. Any fellow person who tackled this and switch i would like to hear your insights. Things that i need to keep in mind and things that would be helpful.
