I am the junior developer in my team and I have a senior developer above me who has 2x experience than me but no knowledge. I am the one who takes more stories and works more hours and takes responsibility when any defect comes up. But still the other teammate gets paid well.I am not even getting any hike.I am feeling demotivated with this and trying to switch but not getting any calls.Can someone help me or guide me here

Set boundaries, take whatever you can do in 9 working hours period. Be smart donyour worknin half the time and say it takes 9 hours and other time up skill and prepare for the interview and jump

And, I have a query. Could you please let me know, if I apply for a job role. I get a pre- screening questionnaire, where notice period is also mentioned. As my Notice period is 90 days. I write the same . Can you please let me know if I can say it as 60 or something else and proceed further


Yeah same hpnd with me. Then I started working for exactly 9 hrs. Said everything to my manager that I did on daily / weekly basis.No one will speak for you. We have to do for ourselves.

The irony is everyone are aware about it that I am the only one who works but still of no use .
