how to handle 90 Days Notice period?

I have 4yeo, Tcs is my first company and I am trying to switch from previous few months, and I am fed up of these companies only considering candidates with less than 30 days notice period.. I can't even lie about my notice period because everyone know TCS has 90 days np policy.. And If I say that I am serving notice period they ask for proof 🤦🏽‍♂️. Please suggest how to handle this 😭

Don’t worry about that part, take long leaves give the torture back to them

They will release you early with severance pay

If you are not critical resource they will release you from tcs within 15 days

It's not about early release by TCS.. my concern is other companies not even considering for interview

If u are in the project they won't release you before 3 three months,whether u are critical or not.
