How to grow in non tech roles ?
Hi,
Current comp - 12 LPA + Esop YOE - 3 Skills - Program Management, Amazon advertising & Partner Management.
I have experience with 2 FAANG, and good pointers on my resume and enough recommendations on linkedin.
However most roles i am applying to are within 15 LPA which does not make sense for me rn to switch
Dream ctc - 25 lpa
I want to achieve this goal this year, confused on what so i need to do here ?
