I am in consultant role with in 2years I want to become senior manager. What to do. My pkg is very less. What I need to do to get more package in capgemini. Any internal programs

No way to get promoted easily in CG. Join other company , after two years come back as manager !

You can be all of this, get more package, become a senior manager and all. But the stage is Consultant > Senior Consultant > Manager > Senior Manager Do you want to skip that? (Definitely you cannot) - Growth in Capgemini in 2 years is getting promoted to Senior Consultant (C1) band with responsibilities and salary is no Brainer low. So the conclusion is your desires are delusional. Please switch. Or if the comfort of being in Capgemini is important then, don't dream.
