So I received referral request multiple times on LinkedIn but when I enter the referral code they provide, the job never shows up on the portal. Example - one of the job ids that was sent by a person was 21724-en_US. I even tried removing en_US and just entered the number. But still it doesn't come up. And this has happened multiple times

Referral doesn't work in Capgemini 😢 , even if you refer someone . Capgemini won't connect with that person or any updates. It's just a waste of time

Bro, just tell the person to apply directly on the company's career portal. sometimes the referral system is buggy af. 🤷♂️ Just make sure they mention your name and employee ID in their application.
