How to get transferred to Lucknow location?

I'm on bench, and my base location is in Bangalore. I want to get transferred to Lucknow but the RMG says I need to get into a project that gives Lucknow location. I even mailed Lucknow RMG for opportunities but haven't heard back since. Any suggestions?
