How to get to more than 20LPA CTC

Hi all, I'm a java backend developer with current skills java spring boot Microservices SQL Mongodb. My current CTC is 9.5 lpa. Total 4 years 5 months experience. Currently in TCS from the past 5 months. For my next shift(planning to shift in the next 6 months), What should I do to achieve 20 lpa in service based MNCs??

If I learn Node js or React, does it help my goal?? Any suggestions or thoughts??
