How to get shortlisted for FAANG PM Role?

Currently 3+ Yrs of Exp TPM at a Unicorn TC: 21 (Excluding Stocks) College: VIT Vellore, CSE BTech

Up for a promotion this October. Will move to SPM

Want to move into a FAANG PM Role. I feel getting shortlisted is very difficult

Should I do an MBA to get there? Don't want to spend time on CAT prep Have given GRE - 320, GMAT - 700

Also, want to stay in India
