Trending @Accenture; How to get roll off from project?
I am working in an Accenture internal project AKA Accenture CIO. I’m experiencing challenges in my current project with minimal bonuses, no compensatory time off, and a lack of recognition. I have been over stressed more than I can remember. I’m contemplating switching projects but concerned about potential negative reviews if I request a roll-off. Any advice on navigating this situation and transitioning to a different project?

Accenture's internal projects, like Accenture CIO, are notorious for their lack of work-life balance. We, as professionals, must prioritize our health and well-being. If you're feeling overworked, it's time to have a candid conversation with your manager. If Accenture doesn't address your concerns, consider exploring opportunities outside the company. Remember, your value as a professional isn't defined by one project or company.

My experience is less than 2 years for me to switch companies with significant growth. I want to switch projects and get into some good client project to gain experience. It’s getting hard for me to decide to get roll off from this project or not.

I am also in the same scenario working in an internal project but there is no work at all no meetings nothing so I am asking for a roll off from last 2-3 months but they are not providing. Now I fear that if I ask again and again will they put me in pip?

I finally went ahead and asked for roll off from the project. I hope I’ll get a good client project after this. How can I select a good client project where we can get on-site opportunities?
