Currently I'm in internal CIO project but one client project is ready to take me so how to get roll off from current project?
Just request your project to do so. There will be disagreements and people will tell you that you can't get rolled off but you tell them that you don't want to work on the project even if that means you end up on bench. That's a calculated risk that you might have to take. Your current project can't do much if you don't want to work. Worst case, they will mark this as a refusal under SMART which will trigger an HR communication and show up on your profile but that's not a big deal. Your next project might ask you about it and you can clarify why that is the case.
