Hello everyone, I need genuine help. Please let me know how to get a roll off? Level 12- 2 years in company and more than 1.6 years in the project.

Ask your pl , explain why you want to roll off properly, justify it if it requires that. Find a project who is interested to lock you . So it will be easy for the pl to release you.
Also please make sure there is no dependency of you in project , or if there is , give them a time period of 1 month to find a another resource and release you.
