How to get rid of Night Shift

I am doing night shift (upto 2 AM) since last 3 years. Any idea guys to change the shift? Is there any rule in TCS which I can point?

Ask your manager and if they are not ready to change the shift, ask for release. Mention specifically that you don't want to do night shift while onboarding in the next project.

They are not releasing na, thats the problem

Ask them to extend it to 3 AM so they need to pay you 360 per day as allowance. TCS managers being the blood suckers wont be comfortable giving u 360 and will release you.
