I am in a discussion with joining a firm with 50-100 employees and they have their client as Outcomes (which has 1k+ employees). Now I am reaching out to people on LinkedIn not able to get complete ideas about work/pay or anything. So how would you checkout for review/salary ranges in such cases of joining a small firms? TIA

Just reach out to ex employees or current employees on linkedin. They give you the most real picture
