How to get retained in tcs
Hi guys, I am currently stuck in worst place from 3 years I started career with this project Even though I helped and kept good performance account leaders, engineering manager and supervisor all are against release
How to get out of this, I am thinking of resignation and getting retained at last moment Will it get me released from project, how to get retained
Please suggest something
do not work, just do you bare minimum and do not say no to any work and do not do the work give some lame excuses and your deed wll5be done
If you have the proper data to prove your performance and if there's no aggreement on minimum project duration for your unit first talk to your HR if they also don't reply properly and don't respond you , lodge a grievance against your manager. They will come and find you to give you what you want.
Are you sure about this Because I am really fed up, I am battling with anxiety and depression too(diagnosed by psychiatrist). How to put grievance

First talk to your HR regarding project release communicate through mails to keep the proof, if you find they are not helping then you can file the complaint.
