How to get Resume Shortlisted

Hello friends Hope the title is self explanatory Some context, I am a SDE - 2 with 3 yoe and my resume never gets shortlisted . Whatever interviews I had given were because of recruiters reaching out to me on LinkedIn. I’m from a Tier 1 college and have good ratings on codechef and CF I’m so confused seeing people talk about how they get 1-2 calls a day. Could someone please let me know what could be the issue? I apply to companies like Stripe, Postman, coin base , msft etc
