How to get released from the project easily. I could not learn anything here since I'm working in a development support role.

I have good angular knowledge before joining this project but now I'm struggling to write simple things as well. Now I have grown somewhat better than earlier

Invest 10 hours per week and do it for a quarter and make sure you build a project, if you really can't do, how free you are you will always find a reason for not learning If you don't have 10 hours i am not even sure what is your first priority
