Trending @Capgemini; How to get released from Project?

Currently, I am in Telcom project where at the beginning they said i will serve as a Support and then they will give me some Development Role. But it has been more than 15 months and I am still doing some analysis and Shitty Ticket solving work. How can I and Whom can I ask for the Release from the Project? Also I have a Yearly cycle now for rating and hike will it impact on it if i ask for release or should i wait until the rating is done as the manager knows how much I contributed towards the project. How the rating will be done if i am on bench ?
