Trending @Capgemini; How to get released from my current role??

Can someone pls suggest how can I get a release from my current project . It’s too stressful and we are working for continuous 12 hrs a day and all we get is 3% hike for excellent performers.

Only one way is performed bad then project will ask you to go

But they would again escalate for not performing good .. by giving less ratings and negative feedback

Its not possible until you downgrade your performance and client wants to release you or if you have completed 18 months in same project code then you can take release

Did the same didn't used to work as per expectation but before that I used to send mail for every issue information to my manager and client ask for new person and I got release and fortunately got new project but I had all the proofs of my issues with client and my manager was also agreed on those issues

First you have to be accountable for yourself, no work or communication after work hours. Try putting less efforts it will eventually help with get released from the project. I had the similar issue but in may case the they have skipped 1 ratings and 1 promotion from more than a year. I told my manager I won’t work until I get the new compensation or release from the project. It’s better you start looking for opportunities outside

After Minimum 18 months on any project, you can apply for other project request in jobfeed
