Go on huge sick leave consulting a psychiatrist of mental pressure and prolong it for 1 month starting with 1 week. Take only sick leave ccing the HR. I believe your project will be operational and within 30 days they might have found replacement.. pro tip - don’t talk to anyone expect your manager about it. Speak very less on phone and act accordingly

1. Take as many sick leaves as possible.
2. Gradually decrease your work hours.
