Trending @Accenture; How to get release from the project for ASE ? Any specific timeline or where can I check for the same? Please help
I have completed my 1 year in Accenture as an ASE in June 2025. I am into a support project since oct 2024, so it's been 11 months now. The growth here is very stagnant and there is no chance of promotion as there are many seniors waiting for promotion since last 4 years and due to this there is lack of proper team work, increasing toxicity and more workload on juniors.
I want to know what is the exact timeline for an ASE to get release from a project ( I heard from few people about 18 months, but is it 18 months since I joined Accenture or 18 months since I joined the project?) Also any portal to check out for that
Please do share!!!
Highly appreciable!

18 months minimum

After 18 months if I ask, will the manager agree as per policy or it depends on him/her , also if he doesn't agree then please guide me with some solid steps that I should take so that he accepts the release

It all depends on manager, as steps you can't do much. As if you revolt they'll put you in pip, just have good relations with maher. Politely say you are looking to learn and grow which isn't happening here. If management doesn't listen involve people above him/her and the jr partner. Nothing else you can do
