How to get release from project in TCS as I'm stressed mentally and also have to work from 11am to 12 am or more?

Reduce your output, take more leaves, and be less productive.
You'll be let go of the project

Simply say "NO" to your manager from tcs side by explaining about your health concerns. You shouldn't work more than 8 hours, coz that's what you are billed for !

Schedule a call with your manager and ask release with reason.. Don't mention stressful etc just say want to work better project or technology
