how to get release from project in tcs
In same project . I have spent 4 year and nothing got from that. Always get B band even given my best and appreciative work . Now I want to take release. Please suggest.
There is policy on this in ultimatix. It's called workforce fluidity policy. You are eligible to take release from project if there more than 3 years and willing to pursue other project opportunities for you learning and growth. Pls read the policy and follow the steps, hr should support you on this. However, don't do anything before band release.
Its difficult to get release . You need to discuss with your manager but barely they will agree. I have seen some people using ways like stop being productive , apply more leaves , taking leaves in critical delivery periods etc but it might work or might not .. Best suggestion would be to prepare with studies and look for opportunities outside TCS. Goodluck !
Thanks , but other project SDM is ready to take me and will give onside opportunity as they have new project . That’s why I want to join other projects in TCS
