I am constantly facing anxiety due to recently allocated project, it is quite critical and client facing projects which demands to be in on call in odd hours, please let me know how to get release from project
Same happened with me there are lots of vpn issue env issues and stil they still want to work so asked for release but they were not giving release so I stopped working and my manager is also aid last quarter only I am not deserve meet expectations then they should fire me right
Same man… this freaking Toyota account is killing me. No amount of work hours are enough to deliver this work and on top manager keeps pressuring for work. My workday starts at 8:30 with technical meeting and ends at 8:30 after standup still my work won’t be completed.. I’m constantly stressed and I can’t even ask for project release as I’m in probation for next 3 months. I’m worried I’ll get fired if I plan to leave this project
