How to get release from project
Hi Guys,
I have been working in the same account for more than 7 years , when I ask for release my manager said no always and they are asking me to wait until March or April so and so . Could any one suggest how I can get a release from a project, is by sending an email to the HR head can help ? . Please suggest.
The best solution you can try that ignore the meetings that has been scheduled for your work as well unavailable for some days , take unplanned leaves , try not to do extra task other than your work.Just keep asking for the release everyday to the HR as well as to your manager. Keep your high authority on CC.
I will tell my story on this, Due to some reasons, I didn't want to work in that project. So, I didn't complete the tasks on time and did not perform well in the sprints. And started ignoring the meetings. The project manager tried to push me in all the meetings. After some days, I started putting unplanned leaves and didn't give clarity that when I will be coming to work, this affected the team very badly and in 2 to 3 months I worked hardy 1.5 months officially. Eventually this turned me to get released from the project.
Note: if you try to do the same, keep in mind that, if you do not answer the phone calls when you were not available in teams, they might take up this to head HR and you will be in a messy situation for sure very badly.
I asked for release citing mental health reasons that I 'm not mentally fit anymore to work in this project. Manager asked to submit medical docs. I don't want to work here anymore now how to get medical docs?
